Terms & Conditions

What this service is

Celina Cooling & Heating is an independent home services connection service. We are not a HVAC contractor and we do not perform repair or installation work. Calls placed through this website are routed to independently owned and licensed local HVAC companies who set their own pricing, carry their own insurance and hold their own state licenses. Pricing ranges shown on this site are general market estimates for the North Texas area, not quotes, and actual prices vary by system size, brand, parts availability, access and time of day. Calls may be recorded for quality and verification purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any equipment manufacturer or utility company.

No service agreement is created here

Using this website or calling the number on it does not create a service agreement between you and Celina Cooling & Heating. Any agreement for actual HVAC work is between you and the contractor who performs it. That contractor sets the price, the schedule and the scope of work.

Pricing information

Prices shown on this site are general North Texas market ranges based on what these jobs commonly cost in the area. They are not quotes and they are not binding. Actual prices depend on the specific system, the condition of the home, parts availability, access difficulty and the time of day. Always confirm the price in writing before work begins.

No guarantees about contractors

Contractors are independently owned businesses. They carry their own licensing, bonding and insurance where required by the State of Texas. We do not control their pricing, their scheduling, their workmanship or their business practices. Any warranty on work performed comes from the contractor who performed it and from the equipment manufacturer.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate. Neighborhood details, market ranges and general guidance can change over time. If you spot something that looks out of date, tell us through the contact page.

Emergency situations

This website is not an emergency service. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility emergency line from outside. If there is a fire or a medical emergency, call 911.

Limitation of liability

Celina Cooling & Heating is not liable for work performed by independent contractors, for pricing they set, or for outcomes of work they complete. Our role is limited to connecting you with a local company that provides the service.
